Why We Built This Site
Arkansas does not place every criminal record in one public system. The Little River County Sheriff keeps jail, booking, and warrant-service material. Circuit and District Court clerks maintain filed charges, dockets, and outcomes. Arkansas State Police uses ACIC data for official repository checks, the Department of Corrections tracks state custody, and ACIC operates the state sex offender registry. Bringing those separate contacts, costs, and request steps together makes the local route easier to follow.

What We Cannot Do
As a privately operated reference resource, Little River County Criminal History is independent of every Arkansas court, police department, sheriff, and state agency. That independence creates firm limits:
- We do not issue certified court files, rap sheets, or other official records
- We cannot submit sealing petitions or public-record requests for a visitor
- We do not perform official criminal background checks
- We cannot interpret a charge or offer legal advice about a specific case
- We cannot promise that an agency's fee, address, or phone has not changed
Only the responsible Little River County office or Arkansas State Police can issue an official record; this private resource cannot.
Search Partners
Some search boxes are supplied by independent companies that control their services, pricing, and results. If a visitor purchases a service after following one of those tools, the resulting referral payment may help support this resource. Little River County Criminal History neither sets the provider's fee nor decides what its product will return.
